jpok Terms & Conditions

The following conditions must be met to create an account and use jpok's services:

• You must be at least 21 years old. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and, if detected, may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and your own. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• jpok may request KYC documents at any time to verify your identity. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if documents are not provided.
• It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. You must not allow third parties to use your account.

The rules governing financial transactions on jpok are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per method. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer are accepted.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal time: Processing is usually completed within 10 to 45 minutes.

jpok offers various types of bonuses. The following conditions apply to receiving and using bonuses:

• Welcome bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000.
• Wagering requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawing.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.
• Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 gives you the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, making your total ৳47,000.
• Each bonus offer may have its own expiry and conditions. The specific terms stated in the offer description apply alongside these general terms.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

jpok's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

You can advance to higher VIP tiers through active play. jpok reserves the right to modify or cancel the VIP program's terms at any time.

The following rules apply to sports betting and other gaming activities on jpok:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. Specific game rules may provide exceptions where applicable.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, jpok reserves the right to void or correct that bet.

• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Placing bets through fraudulent collusion with other members.
• Communicating with other members or staff in offensive, hateful, or threatening language.

If such activities are detected, jpok reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit the balance.

• jpok may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
• If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jpok is not obligated to return any balance.
• Members may also contact the support team at any time to request account closure.
• An administrative fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 consecutive months or more).
• As part of responsible gaming, members may apply for temporary or permanent self-exclusion.
